Music

Music With Purpose & Craft

Art reflects the culture and context from which it emerges.

Brian’s theatre and film music is application specific, designed to enhance and underscore the dramatic moods and moments of each particular project.

The intent of every song is to capture and convey the details and feelings that exist in the situation which brought the song to life.

Another Chapter In Brian’s Journey

Throughout his 30-plus years as a fitness professional, Brian has operated from a philosophy he has termed “Informed Fitness” where the goal is to encourage every individual to become informed about the basic principles of fitness and to internalize them, thereby creating a “personal mythology of fitness” that can both inform and enhance their lives.

Whether you’re starting your own fitness journey or seeking guidance from a trusted NY fitness pal, Brian’s approach blends knowledge, encouragement, and sustainable progression.
